I am a fairly regular[ish] girl who is currently navigating the change from college life to real life. And I just write about things. On this blog. Here are some more things about me.
1. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Gospel IS the most important thing in my whole life. I probably don't bring it up as much as I should. Ask me about it.
2. I'm from a super large family that is soooo much cooler than yours. I am the youngest of 8 with a current count of 24 nieces and nephews. And yes, I'm the only unmarried one. Rub it in.
3. MUSIC. I grew up singing and playing the piano. My art form of choice is dance. I was into the folk dance scene at BYU (and still love it) but am now getting back into teaching dance with styles I grew up doing like ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, etc.
4. I think I'm funny. And I love funny people.
5. I'm addicted to learning.
6. I love the Disney Channel. I made a personal choice (for me it was very connected to #1) that lack of bad content was more important to me than quality. Oh and also because I love Kenny Ortega.
7. I'm a choco-holic.
8. I am a teacher. I teach social studies to teenagers. I teach dance to all ages. So forgive me if I give you a teacher look.
9. I have an obsession with current events. And a great love for the New York Times.
10. I have recently (in the last year) realized I've been missing out on the sci-fi front. The current indulgence is Star Trek: The Next Generation.
